Record Voice Cues (Optional but Recommended)

Go to Settings → Content Management → Cue Management → "+"

Record 3-5 common commands like "Left Jab", "Hook-Cross-Hook", "Keep Moving", "Keep Your Guard Up"

Create a Strategy (Optional)

Go to Settings → Content Management → Strategy Configuration

Add rules to define when and how frequently your voice cues play during training

Tap "+" on the Training tab

Set rounds, duration, rest time, and optionally select a strategy

Tip: For quick testing, set 1 round × 20 seconds

Understanding Training Modes

A Training Mode is a reusable plan containing:

  • Timer Settings: Rounds, round duration, rest duration
  • Cue Strategy (optional): Voice cues that play during training

Example: "3×3min Basic Combos", "6×2min HIIT", "Free Training"

Understanding Voice Cues

A Voice Cue is a short audio clip you record (e.g., "Left Jab", "Speed Up")

  • Triggered by strategy rules during training
  • Text displays on screen simultaneously
  • Recorded in quiet environment for best quality

Understanding Strategies & Rules

A Strategy is a collection of rules that control when cues play

Each Rule has three settings:

  • Phase: Full Round / First Half / Final Sprint
  • Frequency: Low / Medium / High
  • Cue List: Which voice cues to use (multiple selection)

Training Interface Explained

Top Status Bar:

  • Left: Training mode name
  • Center: Timer capsule (Yellow=Prep, Red=Training, Green=Rest)
  • Right: Round counter & recording toggle

Bottom Controls:

  • Left ✕: Exit training
  • Center: Start/Pause button
  • Right: Flip camera (before training starts)
  • Zoom buttons: Adjust framing (.5 / 1× / 2 / 5)

System Sound Cues

The app plays automatic sound cues at key moments:

  • Clapper Sound: 10 seconds before round start/end
  • Gong Sound: When round starts/ends

These are independent from your recorded voice cues

Permissions & Privacy

Callout requests permissions only when needed:

  • Camera: Record training videos
  • Microphone: Record voice cues
  • Photos (Add Only): Save videos to library

Degraded Mode: If you deny permissions, the app still works but with limited features (e.g., no recording, no cue recording).

100% Offline: All data stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the app request camera/microphone/photo permissions?
Training recording and voice cue recording require system permissions. First use will prompt for authorization. If denied, you can re-enable in Settings or continue in degraded mode.
Can I use the app without recording videos?
Yes! Toggle the recording icon off before starting training, or select "Continue without recording" when permissions are denied. Timer and cues still work normally.
I recorded cues but they don't play during training?
Check: 1) Did you select a strategy when creating the training mode? 2) Does the strategy have at least one rule with cues selected? 3) Is device volume turned up? (Text still displays in silent mode)
Where are training videos saved?
Videos are saved in the app's local storage (for History playback). If you grant Photos permission, they're also saved to your system photo library.
How to edit or delete a training mode?
Long-press (or right-click) any training mode card in the list, then select Edit or Delete.
How to delete training records?
Swipe left on any record in the History tab. Note: Videos already saved to Photos won't be deleted from there.
Can I export or import voice cues?
Not currently supported. Voice cues are stored locally and will be lost if the app is deleted. Consider backing up important audio files.
How much storage do training records use?
Depends on: recording enabled/disabled, training duration, and "Record Rest Phase" setting. You can clear all records in Settings → Data Management.
Do I need internet?
No. Callout is 100% offline. All data stays on your device.

理解训练模式

训练模式是一套可重复使用的训练方案,包含:

  • 定时器设置:回合数、每回合时长、回合间休息时长
  • 提示策略(可选):训练过程中自动播放的提示音

示例:"3×3分钟基础拳法"、"6×2分钟 HIIT"、"自由训练"

提示音是你录制的一段短音频(例如:"左直拳"、"加速")

  • 在训练中被"提示策略"按规则触发播放
  • 训练画面上也会同步显示提示文字
  • 建议在安静环境下录制以获得最佳效果

理解策略与规则

提示策略是一组"规则"的集合,用来决定何时播放提示音

每条规则包含三个设置:

  • 阶段:全回合 / 前半程 / 冲刺
  • 频率:低 / 中 / 高
  • 提示音列表:该规则中使用哪些提示音(多选)

训练界面说明

顶部状态条:

  • 左侧:训练模式名称
  • 中间:计时胶囊(黄色=准备,红色=训练,绿色=休息)
  • 右侧:回合计数器 & 录像开关

底部控制按钮:

  • 左侧 ✕:退出训练
  • 中间:开始/暂停按钮
  • 右侧:翻转摄像头(训练开始前)
  • 变焦按钮:调整取景(.5 / 1× / 2 / 5)

系统提示音说明

App 会在关键时刻自动播放提示音:

  • 梆子声:回合开始前/结束前 10 秒
  • 锣声:回合开始时/结束时

这些系统提示音独立于你录制的提示词

权限与隐私

Callout 仅在需要时才请求权限:

  • 相机:录制训练视频
  • 麦克风:录制提示音
  • 相册(仅添加):将视频保存到系统相册

降级模式:如果拒绝权限,App 仍可使用但功能受限(如:无法录像、无法录制提示音)。

100% 离线:所有数据保存在您的设备上,不会上传任何内容。

❓ 常见问题

为什么开始训练会弹相机/麦克风/相册权限?
因为训练录像与提示音录制需要系统权限。首次使用会按需弹系统授权;若之前拒绝过,需要去系统设置重新开启,或选择"降级模式"继续训练。
我不想录像,只想计时+提示,可以吗?
可以!开始训练前把录像图标切换为关闭,或在相机/相册权限被拒绝时,选择"继续(不录像)"。计时与提示仍正常工作。
我录了提示音,但训练中没有出现提示?
请检查:1) 创建训练模式时是否选择了提示策略?2) 策略中是否至少有 1 条规则,并且规则里勾选了提示音?3) 设备音量是否过低?(提示文字仍会显示)
训练视频在哪里看?
在"日记 → 点击某条记录 → 全屏复盘页"回放。若你授予了相册添加权限,视频片段也会保存到系统相册中。
如何编辑或删除训练模式?
在训练模式列表页,长按(或右键)某个训练模式卡片,选择"编辑"或"删除"。
如何删除记录?
在"日记"列表中对某条记录左滑删除。注意:已保存到系统相册的视频不会被删除。
提示音可以导入/导出吗?
目前不支持导入/导出。提示音保存在本地,删除 App 会丢失。建议备份重要的音频文件。
训练记录会占用多少存储空间?
取决于:是否开启录像、训练时长、是否开启"录制休息阶段"。可通过"设置 → 数据管理"清空所有记录。
需要联网吗?
不需要。Callout 是完全离线的,所有数据都保存在您的手机里。
