WoundTruth is designed as an offline-first clinical documentation and measurement aid. We do not operate a cloud service for the app, and we do not collect, sell, or share personal data from the app.
1. Data you create in the app
The app may store patient records, recording notes, measurement notes, AR video frames, depth data, camera metadata, and exported archive files on your device. This information is created and controlled by the user.
2. Local storage
Data is stored locally on the device unless you choose to export or share it through iOS system sharing features. Deleting app data or deleting the app may remove local records from the device.
3. Export and transfer
WoundTruth supports exporting record packages so users can archive data, move it to a computer, or share it with another clinician for consultation. When you export or share a package, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate secure destination.
4. Permissions
- Camera and AR permissions are used to record video, depth information, and camera metadata.
- File access may be used to import or export WoundTruth record packages.
- Barcode or QR scanning may be used to help fill patient identifiers.
5. No analytics or advertising tracking
The app does not include advertising tracking, third-party analytics, or server-side user profiling.
6. Clinical responsibility
WoundTruth is a documentation and measurement aid. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or automated medical decisions.
