Common workflows
Create a patient
Add the patient name first. Patient ID, hospital, department, and notes can be filled in later.
Record a follow-up
Use the recording screen to capture AR video and depth data. Keep the wound area well lit and avoid rapid camera motion.
Review and measure
Open a recording, choose a frame, and add line, curve, area, or depth-profile measurements with notes.
Before contacting support
- Tell us the iPhone model and iOS version.
- Describe the operation that caused the problem.
- If measurement accuracy is involved, include the expected size and the measured size.
- Do not send patient-identifiable data by email unless you have permission and a secure workflow.
